 the ground up to be simple to use\, while remaining flexible and

 . It's a content management system that has borrowed much from
\nTextpatter
 n and MovableType while seeking to be more than a simple a
\nblogging engin

 ent through while building Radiant and cover the guiding philosophies

 ind it. He will also demonstrate installation and setup from a Gem

 nt's robust domain languages and revel in the ease with which
\nyou can cre
 ate new content. He will also discuss how Radiant is being

 w version of the main Ruby web site (http://ruby-lang.org)

\nJohn has been involved in the Ruby community fo
 r nearly 4 years now. He
\nhas broad experience in Web development and is a
 lso an accomplished
\ndesigner. In 2004\, John helped to found and organize
  the Chicago Area
\nRuby Group. Apart from programming\, John enjoys spendi
 ng time with his
\nfamily\, learning about art\, studying history\, reading
  fiction\, and
\nplaying basketball. He is currently self-employed and live
